We are excited to kick off the 2022 Fall season by picking up the strong momentum we built in 2021 with the Trail Volleyball Fund.
This is a group that helps support the day to day operations and ongoing cultural development of the girls volleyball program at Cherokee Trail.
Our mission is to support the CTHS Girls Volleyball Program by adding swag, spirit, a sense of community, and some fun to each volleyball season.
We are looking for more volunteers and additions to our team. Find us at the parent meeting and Program BBQ. We will have parent sign up opportunities, swag and more!
PLAYER DUES
Player Dues are a new fundraising tool we started last year. Each player will be responsible to pay $200 to the CTHS Girls Volleyball program. Fees are due August 12, 2022 at the parent meeting.
Here is what $200 will pay for in the 2022 Season - Program Shirt - Individual Team Motto Shirt - Yard Sign - Car decal - CT Warm up Jacket - Player Banquet Costs - End of Season Awards - Senior Banners - Senior Night
FUNDRAISING
Our fundraising efforts will go to the CTHS Girls Volleyball Program.
Funds are used depending on program need each year to pay for balls, nets, volleyball standards, player backpacks, season tournaments, summer camps, new program jerseys, Volleyball Scholarship Fund, and more.
Get Ready to Fundraise!
We will utilize an online fundraising partner to help raise money for the girls volleyball program. More info to come on August 12th at the parent and player meeting.
We will also work with local businesses to collect donations for the program as a tax write off. Businesses get to advertise with banners in the gym and/or media brochures/flyers for home games.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Second Wind
We started supporting a new charity in 2021 and plan to continue our efforts towards helping this great cause in 2022. Second Wind is an organization with heartfelt ties to communities across the state of Colorado. They are doing everything in their power to increase access to their services and mitigate the stress, anxiety, grief and loneliness caused by the impact of the coronavirus among children and teens. We are calling on our community of supporters to help us save lives and continue strengthening the mission of Second Wind Fund.
We will participate in a Run/Walk on Sunday, September 25th, 2022 at Clement Park.
